Part of Montclair SEPAC’s activities is to monitor issues across elementary, middle and high school to identify systematic problems in special education to bring back to the district. If your student is experiencing or has experienced issues/concerns with their special education services, such as IEP or 504 compliance, missed services, missing teachers/instructors, etc., please complete this form to share your feedback.
